Our team handles the data migration process to move your existing data from spreadsheets or legacy systems into BooksoniX, making the transition as smooth as possible.

We support industry-standard formats, including:

Yes. We provide automated mapping services to accurately convert your existing BIC or BISAC codes to the globally recognized Thema subject standard, ensuring your titles are discoverable across all retail platforms.

We operate on an “Enter Once, Distribute Everywhere” philosophy. You update a record in one central user-friendly portal, and BooksoniX automatically handles the distribution of that updated metadata to all your data recipients.

Distribution & Partners

BooksoniX acts as your central hub, automatically sending your metadata to your chosen book information services, retailers, wholesalers, and distributors at intervals you specify.

We are constantly expanding our network. If you have a partner we don’t currently work with, we will liaise with their technical team to configure and set up a new feed.

As often as you need. You have full, 24/7 control to revise your metadata (e.g., price changes, new blurbs) through your secure login. You can trigger updates to specific distributors or all partners simultaneously.

We can set up a feed to Amazon Vendor Central. Please note that setting up a feed to Amazon Advantage has been temporarily suspended by Amazon worldwide.

Pricing Overview

BooksoniX is a subscription-based service with an annual fee. This ensures you always have access to the latest updates, secure cloud hosting, and our full support.

Subscriptions start from £500 + VAT per year.

Yes. Your fees are structured in bands based on the number of active titles in your system, making costs predictable. Your final quote depends on the specific modules you choose (e.g., core management, marketing, royalties).

No. We include all initial setup, data configuration, and comprehensive training for your team as a standard part of your annual subscription at no extra charge.
