We believe that BooksoniX is unique amongst ONIX services in it's ability to deliver data flexibly around the world and we were excited to set up our first automated data feed to an aggregator in Russia, Biblio Globus.
Obviously BooksoniX is capable of exporting your data in a whole variety of formats from flawless, validated XML files to spreadsheets which users can then send to whoever they need. One of our most powerful features however, is the ability to send scheduled datafeeds without the need for user beyond selecting the recipient, frequency of feed and so on - once initiated it all happens automatically.
We currently feed validated ONIX data to over 30 organisations in 12 countries across 4 continents. If a customer needs an automated feed to a new recipient, BooksoniX will liaise with the recipient and complete a rigorous testing process before enabling the automated delivery process. We were especially pleased to add an organisation in Russia as not only could we colour in another country on our world map but it just goes to prove how flexible and thorough the BooksoniX service is. Service at unbeatable value is what we pride ourselves in.
"All we had to do was ask BooksoniX to add Amazon to our list of third party data recipients, and it all happened without any interaction from us!" Carl Edwards, ex-Sales Director at Green Umbrella Publishing
"BooksoniX always give us good information about their test files, and respond quickly to feedback. This helps to make the testing process as quick and efficient as possible." Samantha Watson, Senior Manager, Data Analysis & Integration; The Nielsen Company
"Regular publisher ONIX feeds from BooksoniX always validate perfectly and move into production ensuring seamless integration into our bibliographic databases." Doug McMillan, VP and Managing Director; Bowker UK and International
