Headfast, the specialist electronic publishing and software services company, is pleased to announce that Sandstone Press, Highland based publishers of contemporary non-fiction and educational books (www.sandstonepress.com), has recently signed up to their BooksoniX service. They are the latest in a line of publishers to use the BooksoniX service.

Having only signed up at the end of March, they already have marketing materials to take to the London Book Fair on April 14th, and have been emailing AI sheets out as pre-fair publicity.

BooksoniX is an online, ONIX-based service for publishers and distributors. Sandstone Press has been provided with its own ONIX-based database for storing and updating bibliographic data for all their titles. Using this central database the Sandstone Marketing Team can send their data to various aggregators and third parties, produce AI sheets and other marketing materials, schedule/manage their workflow, and set up email alerts announcing new titles to their contacts.
